Itinerary

Reaching Paro. We will make a stop at the temple en route to Thimphu to participate in a welcome ritual with the monks. Visit the King's office, TashichhoDzonz, this afternoon before moving on to the Mothitang Taksin reserve, which is home to a small number of Bhutanese animal species.

On the second day's morning, travel to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. We'll get a peek inside the Institute of Traditional Medicine, the Art School, and the National Library. This afternoon, you will visit a temple where the kids can engage with monks of the same age before creating a miniature stupa call. Tsa-Tsa

Travel the path leading to Punakha's cozy valley. We'll make a refreshment stop at the Dochu La pass so you may tour the botanical garden and take in the vista of the snow-capped Himalayan mountains. After arriving in Punakha, we'll travel a short distance across the valley to the Chimi Lhakand, the temple of the divine madman, which is guaranteed to cause curiosity in the younger audience.

We will hike to the magnificent Khamsum Yuelley Temple, which was erected by the Queens lately and dedicated in 1999, on the fourth day of our trip. Before embarking on the hour-long Butterfly route, you can take in the breathtaking views of the Mo Chhu Valley from that location. We'll tour the magnificent Punakha Dzong in the afternoon and then play a friendly game of archery with the locals.

Enjoy a guided city tour of Paro that includes stops at the National Museum and the City Dzong. After that, return to your accommodation where we'll print prayer flags using the age-old Bhutanese method.

Climb to the famous Tiger's Nest for two hours this morning. Drape vibrant prayer flags over the breathtaking Taktsang Monastery perched on a cliff. We're planning a private cultural show program for the evening.

Your final day is the seventh. Before heading to the airport, take one last stroll through the charming city of Paro in the morning.
